My Story
Michael Leatherwood is an Oklahoma City-based entrepreneur, real estate developer, and custom home builder with decades of experience in residential real estate, development, and construction.
Michael’s career in real estate began in the 1990s, when he began buying, renovating, and selling distressed properties long before house flipping became mainstream. Today, Michael owns The Dream Weaver Group, LLC, a family-centered real estate development and custom home building company serving the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area. His work includes land development, custom home construction, rental-property development and management, and light commercial construction.
Powered by a father-son-daughter team, The Dream Weaver Group is committed to exceptional client service, attention to detail, and delivering lasting value. Its custom home division, Dream Weaver Custom Homes, is built around a simple philosophy: “If You Can Dream It, You Can Live It.”
But more important than what Michael does is who he is. Family remains his highest priority, and he is the proud father of four children and grandfather to a growing family.

Michael also founded American Criminal Justice Consulting Group, drawing upon personal firsthand experiences to help individuals and their families better understand and navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system. Through ACJ Group, he seeks to provide knowledge, guidance, and perspective to people facing difficult and unfamiliar circumstances.
